1. Description of Service

Postern Fate is a cultural and reference service based on traditional Chinese destiny analysis (BaZi / Zip Ping) combined with artificial intelligence. By providing your date, time, and place of birth, you receive system-generated analytical texts.

2. Important Disclaimer

Please read and agree to the following carefully. This is the most important section of these terms.

• The content provided is cultural and reference information only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, career, or any other professional advice.
• Do not rely on this service for health decisions (including whether to seek care or take medication), marriage or fertility decisions, major financial commitments, investments, litigation, or career changes.
• This service is not a substitute for professional consultation. For health, legal, or financial matters, consult a qualified professional.
• Analytical texts are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent with facts. We continuously improve the service but make no express or implied warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• We accept no liability for any decision you make based on this content or for any consequences arising from it.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account and agree to the following:

• Provide accurate birth information (accuracy directly affects the analysis).
• Not use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt normal operation.
• Not scrape generated content at scale, resell it, or use it to train other AI models.
• Keep your login credentials secure.

4. Account and Termination

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. If you violate these terms, or engage in abuse, attacks on the system, or fraudulent acquisition of credits, we may suspend or terminate your account without refunding remaining credits.

5. Credits and Payment

Certain features (such as in-depth questions) consume credits. How credits are obtained, their price, and consumption rules are as displayed in the product.

Consumed credits are generally non-refundable, except in the following cases:

• Where a failure on our side prevented the service from actually being delivered (for example, if the AI service degrades to a generic template, the credits for that request are automatically refunded).
• Other circumstances required by law or agreed by us in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

The interface design, chart-calculation algorithms, prompt systems, copy, and trademarks of this service are owned by us.

Information you input remains yours. Generated content may be read, saved, and shared for your personal use, but may not be resold commercially or presented as your own original work.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: losses arising from force majeure or interruption of networks or third-party services (including AI, email, and payment providers); deviations caused by inaccurate information you provided; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

8. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
